– Work already approved or partially delivered milestones
– Delays caused by lack of client communication

supporting documentation.
**Refund Process:**
Each refund request will be reviewed by our team. If approved, refunds will be processed within 7-10
business days.
**Exceptions:**
Refunds may also be issued in case of billing errors or duplicate payments.
